NeuroEmpowered was founded by Naz Nami, Psychiatric–Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and neurodiversity-informed consultant dedicated to advancing equitable, effective mental health care across clinical, educational, and organizational settings. With more than a decade of experience in healthcare, she brings a rare blend of scientific rigor, clinical precision, and deep understanding of neurodevelopmental and psychiatric complexity. Her work is further informed by lived neurodivergent experience, allowing her to integrate professional expertise with authentic, person-centered insight.
